I really must put my thumbs up for Mr Smarty! What a manager you are! You always do what you deem is Right! But how many right thing have you done? You entrust work to someone u shouldn't trust, you blacklisted someone whom everybody know he's a good man. You re-designated someone but give orders not to teach the person, you rather spend more $$ getting new people in. The one whom you wanna get, for your info, wasn't the best, not even a "good" !What do you think you are doing. Hello, you are not always right!
