Stupid Appraisal

Every year, the bosses will conduct appraisal to justify the bonus we will get. base on A,B1,B2,C1,C2,C3 and C4. If you get a D... there goes your $$$$ but your BIG Name will be in the bosses Book!

the act of estimating or judging the nature or value of something or someone.

an estimate of value, as for sale, assessment, or taxation; valuation.

How can you judge when you have never really work with the person before... For all you know, the man whom you spoke to is someone who can "sweet" talk.. one who TALK ALOT... DO LITTLE just becos he was sent for the stupid group discussion doesn't mean he is the best employee here! Sh*t.. just becos he can act "hardworking" you think he deserve to get Good Grade and the poor man.. who really performed ended up getting bad grade... Old Man.. open your eye, open your mouth and ask his superior who work with him.. just becos the one who work don't talk, doesn't mean you can deny the fact that he is good. Aiyo.. this is so annoying.. though it doesn't concern me, but i doubt those in the right mind will support your decision. Worst... the form have been submitted to the top management... dunno if the duo can "hijack" it. sigh...
