DUMB Dominating dominator!

S'porean bosses are really one kind. I think our company will turn out to be another failure like the one which was closed down if we continue employing that new AGM. He is going to ruin the place. I dislike him, first impression is very important, but obviously he didn't make it. I'm not the only one, all the white shirt don’t like him, I’m sure our manager feel the same way too.
Now he wanted to get rid of one of my colleague, well, he put it very nicely to the big boss, it's for the company's benefit because he made mistake, unforgivable mistake. I know they are costly, so it's one of their plan to remove all the high flyer, but they think local can make it? We have one too soft spoken, one too restless to take up big responsibilities, one not that experience, one too yaya, worst cert not recognised and the other one is a idle king waiting to be place in the office and getting whatever he is being paid. That stupid old man, trying to be nice, I think he is too naïve, thinking that "landed property" is his friend.. wait till he learn from you all your stuff and kicked you back to FIJI. sigh... old man...
