How can HR personnel be Soooo Bloody unhelpful!How can she say cos she is "New" in the company, she DUNNO.. please... if you are lazy you are lazy.. ha.. new ah.. employee no 4974 and you have the cheek to call yourself new! Thanks to all the preservative you have got that make you look and think that you are Fresh. Bl**dy hell!

Human Resources refers to the individuals within the firm, and to the portion of the firm's organization that deals with the hiring, firing, training, and other personnel issues.

It's just a small claim issue, just a small piece of paper and i doubt it will kill you. If the simple claim form is so difficult to read & understand, ask your superior! Don't just think of throwing back to the dept, it's a waste of time. Why can't you be a bit helpful, why only be nice to people when you need helps? if i can call up finance and check who is the rite person, why can't you? It's HR duty to verify the entitlement of employee and HR is the best person to endorse and give the approval! HR is one of the Key dept in all organization, but i really doubt the capabliity of the HR in our company. The director is a Taiji master, i'm sure he will train his subordinates up to promote the chinese famous Gongfu.... taiji...

sigh... sad lah.. sad for the coy.. to think the coy spents millions of $$$ every year paying good bonuses to all these parasites and housing them in the coy, it's worst than a hospice..
