She gets into the lift, press her floor no and the door closed. The lift door opened at 5th floor, she assume someone is coming, hence she struggle to press the button. She waited for about 10 seconds, no sign, no show of anyone, and the door closed. Just as the door was closing, she saw a man naked, stroking his "birdie"! Sucks right.. The pervert, I guessed must have did it many times, becos the timing was so good that he is able to do the funny trick without been seen! Yes.. She didn't get to see his face at all. The angle was pre-set by that pervert, so well that his face was hide away! Jen was so angry and made a police report immediately. As usual, the police said they will patrol the area more often. So that pervert we assume is still hanging around at Bedok Reservoir View..
