Man and Woman

Put myself in the other woman's shoe, I think if I know the truth, I'll be really angry!
 
Men usually expect us to be understanding, don't probe their whereabouts, don't ask what time he will be back, don't ask about whom he is going out with. But then, if we as a woman don't go home and cook after work, people will start saying we are not a responsible, loving wife. We MUST NOT neglect our family and we mustn't starve our husband after a day of hard work. It's okay for them to call home last minute to cancel our dinner due to some so-called entertainment. But it's like a death penalty if we were to call them last minute to inform that NOT cooking today. It's so bl**dy unfair!
Last evening, after knowing I'll be alone at home, not cooking, someone suggested to have dinner together. Before I even try to call and confirmed that I'm not needed at home, he start calling his in-law to inform them he won't be back for dinner. Then he started calling his wife telling her, he won't be home for dinner and he will be late! That's all, no reason given. I guess being a wife we tends to ask question like, what time is late? How are you going to settle your dinner? Busy at work? Where are you going after.. etc.. but the answer he gave was, I'll eat outside and don't know what time.
Anyway, not feeling very comfortable since there is a little hoo-ha when I walk out of the office with him, I know he is kind enough to wait till I knocked off and telling old man ( he is not going) on the way transit to my place, still not so nice. We had dinner near NE side, something which he had tried but it's the first time I went to that place, it's so stressful, since there's a VIP from the coy staying nearby. Anyway, after dinner he sent me home and went to fetch his family.
