God, Please blessed that family

I really don't understand why some people choose to give birth and yet neglect their own children. If you can't afford to give them the best, but at least you tried, it's understandable. But if you can and yet refused to shower them with love and care, then just have fun and don't give birth!
My husband's family were all weirdoes, I don't like his family, I'm glad he is different. His 2^nd brother, had 2 lovely children and a wife who really can tolerate all his nonsense. He is always drunk and will start to abuse them, verbally and physically. Quote some examples I've heard for the past few years~

1. He will get drunk and dirty, he will throw up like nobody biz around the house. He will start threatening to chop up everyone.
2. He whip his son up like whipping an animal in the circus, even the teacher threatened to report to the police.
3. He verbally abused his parent-in-law who helps him taking care of the house and children, and for God sake, they were nice old folks who gave him lots of help, yet this ungrateful brat treated them so badly.
4. He is willing to spend money on drinking and gambling, he refused to pay for the house and children, no pocket money for them, unless they really beg him! He don't pay for the household allowance and all the bills for the house.
5. Now that his wife have got a job at the airport, earning peanuts, he simply wash his hand and totally stop supporting the wife and children.
6. When nice neighbor saw his boy dashing across the road, being nice they tell him to take note, he said " let the car run over him, let him die" ! What a F**K!

I told my husband, this man is useless, he don't care for his own family and he gets upset and angry when others trying to care for his wife and children. Don't you think it's a wonderful thing if we have people who love our children and finds them adorable. Don't you think it's a wonderful thing to have people to help you out when you needs help. Yet this idiot, he is inferior I guess, when we are nice to his family, he will start torturing them.
Can you imagine, a boy who usually score 70/80 in all subject, start bring * eggs * home? He simply gave himself up! Poor boy, all he gets at home is cane cane cane and all the abusive language from the father. He is suppose to be leaving under tender care, yet…. I don't think he can't study, but he just felt neglected, there is nobody to coach and guide him. This can't go on.. It's really upsetting to see them in this stage. Sometime I wonder why in the first place they choose to have children, they shouldn't have and why aren't she running away.. she could have just run away from his clutch! How long is she going to tolerate all these.. 10years? 20years? 30years? Why must she suffer all these.
I really pitied them.. imagine I can't stand the sight of that idiot, not even for 5minutes, but they have to face him everyday! God, Why is all these happening to them? I pray that all these will end soon, I pray that he will wake up and realized his mistakes, realized all the stress he have given to the whole family before it is too late. I can't imagine a little boy telling me he will chop his father into pieces when he grow up, like what his dad always said. God, please blessed that family.
